Financial Information

The cost of your orthodontic treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

Insurance

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you understand your insurance benefits.

Affordable Payment Plans

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best care whenever you need it.

A pre-payment courtesy will be offered with your payment in full. The total obligation, including the estimated insurance portion, must be paid in full with cash or check prior to the start of treatment. With this option we will file insurance payable to Wells Orthodontics or to the policy holder. Any insurance payments received by our office will be reimbursed to the policy holder.

For your convenience, we also offer our no interest monthly payment option. With this option, there is an initial down payment and then affordable monthly payments due the beginning of each month.

We also accept CareCredit (a healthcare credit card) for extended payment plans without a down payment. You will need to apply by phone or on-line for acceptance by this outside funding source.
